Hello there! So glad you stopped by.

I am a paediatric and family dietitian working in the Milton, Oakville and Burlington area. Because of the COVID pandemic, I have expanded my services to Zoom consultations (which I am offering exclusively for now).

I received my BASc in Food and Nutrition at Ryerson University, followed by an internship at SickKids Hospital in order to become a Registered Dietitian (RD). I have over 12 years experience working as a dietitian with families, children and infants.

I am interested in helping families achieve happy, healthy and nourishing mealtimes! I believe that every family deserves this. You can overcome mealtime battles and help picky eaters become more food adventurous by learning how to build a healthy feeding relationship based on trust and love.

I am also passionate about helping new families learn to introduce baby foods to their little ones in a positive and developmentally appropriate way that will prevent mealtime struggles and frustrations right from the start. In addition, I am knowledgeable about prenatal and infant nutrition, nutrition for children with special needs (e.g. feeding tubes, autism, complex medical issues etc.) as well as food allergies and intolerances.

Finally, I am a plant-based diet foodie! If you’ve ever wanted to transition to a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle or just wanted to incorporate more veg dishes in your family’s diet, I can help you learn about new ingredients, exciting recipes and ensure that you’re nourishing your body well.

My basic rates for counselling sessions are as follows:

15 minute initial phone introduction – FREE

60-75 minute initial and follow up visit – $125

**Many private insurance companies provide coverage for registered dietitian services**
